Bio / Mods: My cars are the following:
1991 Mazda JC Cosmo. 20B Twin turbo. Fully rebuilt motor has been ported and contains a cross drilled eccentric shaft. All new seals throughout. Everything is polished as well. 3" into 2 x 2 1/2" mandrel bent exhaust from turbos. Trust filter, blow off valve, turbo timer and boost gauge.
1979 S1 RX-7, Supercharged 13B, Holley 650 DP carb, twin 2 1/2" exhaust into single SS 3" muffler. Awaiting assemble of new engine which has been ported, doweled, contains 3mm seals, cross drilled eccentric shaft, race bearings etc and fully detailed. This engine will then be Injected (Haltech) and intercooled (something you don't see often with a 4/71 roots type blower) and hopefully will have a NOS kit fitted.
Exterior wise, it's had a full respray and body rebuild was done 3 years ago at a cost of $12k (NZ) and is now due for a redo unfortunately. It has been fitted with S3 tail lights, Group C front spoiler, flares and my own design rear wing on 12mm custom aluminium legs. Paint is a modified 'Amerinth' which is an MGF colour. Wheels are 16x7 and 16x8" Gold 'OM' Simmons and the car has been lowered on adjustable Koni's and King springs. Brakes include an S2 disc rear end and awaiting fitting of S4 front brakes. Future mods are to much to list and have other project to finsh first anyway.
As far as I go, I'm a self confest rotary nut. I have a gorgeous fiance and two gorgeous daughters, one 6 1/2 and one 15 months. I have had a love of rotaries since I was about 13. Evrey thing I have done evolves around them, from wood work projects at school with rotor shaped mirrors and draw handles to two of my tatoos (which my fiance also has). We currently own two road going rotors and have one in the build. I run my own performance parts shop from home as a hobby and also work full time. Looking forward to one day finishing one of my projects!
